For smaller, <1.00mm diameter, long and thin shafts, there is no other cutting process that is more perfect than Swiss Turning. The special clamping principle of Swiss Turning allows the tool to always fit into the clamping guide for cutting without deformation of the part due to cutting forces.

With twin spindles supporting axial face and warp surface and geometry milling and over 30x tool capacity, the modernized Swiss Turning has become the primary production machine for tiny precision parts with extreme accuracy and cost effectiveness, making parts lighter, more compact and more efficient.

Swiss Turning part volume size inspection can not use 3DCMM for full-size inspection, Xavier provides 2DCMM, optical projector, 3D scanning model comparison and other ways to provide reliable and stable quality assurance.
